A very warm Welcome!

I am a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates Teacher with a healing background based in Esher, Surrey.
I teach both mat and studio sessions, offering private bespoke sessions. These can be done in the comfort of your home, at Byfleet Pilates studio or Claygate Clinic in Surrey. Kamal's Pilates specialises in helping the client reconnect with their body through breathwork and conscious movement  releasing tension and stress in the body and mind. 

I am here to help you and guide you through your journey of wellbeing. Meditative Movement is Movement with awareness with a touch of healing and calm guidance, this has numerous health benefits including improved mental and physical strength & flexibility resulting in overall confidence.
